General Questions

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. Simply fill out a form or call us at 786-809-1919 to get your free estimate.

Yes. Our professional cleaners arrive with their equipment, products and supplies. We take them with us as we leave the space. However, if you have any specific instructions or wish us to employ your tools and equipment for cleaning, we will oblige you.

Scheduling Questions

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a three-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed if someone will be presented during the service. If nobody will be presented at home during the service we require pre pay for services.

Please inform us at least 24hrs before service schedule to avoid cancellation fee of 100$
